Return Policy

Only returns in new resellable condition will be accepted and must contain instruction manuals, accessories and original packaging. Authorization of restock returns is at the sole discretion of Time Connection II Inc.

Returns must be made within fifteen, (15), days of the invoice date - warranty returns within 30 days, a restocking charge of 25% applies to returns. After 31 days, there shall be no acceptance for any returns.

For warranty returns credit will be issued upon vendor acceptance of the return. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). RAs must be clearly marked on the outside of the box-only use a box, not an envelope. Non-compliant returns will be refused.

No products may be returned that are not properly packaged with all components included. Merchandise returned as defective that is deemed fully functional by Time Connection will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Time Connection Inc. does not provide return labels for any returns. We recommend you insure returns in order to be sure that we receive the return package sent.

Special items

Movement returns will only be accepted if it has been less than 15 days from purchase date and defect was found while testing outside of the watch case. Time Connection, Inc. is not responsible for movements placed in watch case without testing first.

Equipment cannot be returned unless defective out of the box - Manufacturers warranty only (see warranty).

Parts, including circuits, and Omega parts in an original manufacturers packaging cannot be returned.

Please complete the Only RA request form, which can be found at the bottom of the page under the forms section. You must obtain an RA number prior to returning product.

Stock item returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and will be evaluated on a part-by-part basis. Authorization of restock returns is at the sole discretion of Time Connection Inc. If a part is authorized for return and is a customer error, 25% of the purchase price will be applied as a standard restocking charge. Parts must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging, instruction manuals and accessories.

The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all returned product (restock, warranty, non-warranty, and other returns) and must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged in a box. Shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
