Your order will be shipped the same day it is received.
Orders must be received by 2:15 PM P.S.T. in order for the order to be shipped on time, if not, the order will be shipped the following workday.

MANDATORY GROUND SHIPPING
There are a certain items that will only be shipped via UPS Ground. This means that they may not be able to be shipped outside of the continental U.S. These items include but are not limited to items that are containing Hazardous solutions as well as lithium batteries.
Addresses that are Undeliverables
We will ship to the address that you indicate as your shipping address. If this is incorrect your order will be delayed and you will be charged a $15.00 address correction fee will be charged, Available only through UPS shipments only. You MUST check your address and email address before finalizing your order.
Shipping Schedule
Orders will ship within one or two business days of your invoice date, our shipping days are Monday through Friday. A tracking number will be placed in your order and will be able to track your passage via your account in timeconnnectioninc.com.
• By default, timeconnectioninc.com cart and shipping software calculates the UPS and USPS shipping rate that you’ve chosen for all services. All packages shipped via UPS must be delivered to a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes

• Ground (Guaranteed delivery times range from 1-6 business days)
• 2nd Day (UPS guarantees delivery of 2nd Day Air shipments by the end of the second business day anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico (some restrictions apply to Alaska)
• 3rd Day (UPS guarantees delivery of 3rd Day shipments by the end of the third business day anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico (some restrictions apply to Alaska)
• Next Day Air (Guaranteed delivery of Next Day Air shipments by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of the next business day depending on location)
• UPS business days are Monday through Friday.
For UPS shipments, the maximum weight is 150 pounds and the maximum size is 165" length + girth.
US Mail
• Priority (Priority Mail offers 1-3 day service, not guaranteed, to most domestic destinations)
For US Mail service (Priority and Priority Mail Express) The maximum weight limit is 70Lb. The maximum size is 108" or less in combined length and distance around the thickest part. Because of certain rules and limitations, any of our larger products and liquids that are designated "UPS shipping only" will be shipped UPS even if the checkout shipping method chosen was US mail.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for UPS Next Day Air shipments within the USA that are shipped on Friday. Please specify Saturday Delivery in the notes area during checkout. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery. The charges will not be shown at checkout, but will be billed to you during processing at our facility.

International Shipping Carriers and Services

Some service options will be generated automatically depending on your country/address and product price, size, and weight. Customers are responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate before ordering.
Some international shipments can take 2-4 weeks to arrive through the postal service depending on the service level and destination country. Tracking international shipments is very limited on postal service.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) international shipping method "First Class Mail International" does not offer any tracking information. If you have chosen this method of shipment, you will receive a receipt number via email when the package is sent (that receipt number is used only for verification that the package is being picked up and sent by the USPS).
International shipping restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. There may be restrictions by the shipper on liquids, batteries, and other products licensed only for US sales that are not available to international destinations. Package size, product value, and other restrictions can apply from government and shipping companies.
Our shipping insurance policies limit the amount of insurance on international packages and the receiver must assume liability for shipments valued over $2000, we are not responsible for any loss while shipping beyond that amount.

Missing Product
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your order. We have separate people do safeguard checks on orders and all packages are weighed and video recorded upon shipping to assist with missing product claims. You must notify us within ten days of receipt of the order for a missing product claim to be considered.

New Year's Day (January 1), Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day (December 25) - Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day
